The boys have also set up a business account and both have their own business credit cards! (Felix has to look after lee's so he doesnt loose it)

Ive been looking at ways of decorating the stall so customers will notice the boys!
I love these things, the boys might think its a bit girlie, but im excited about making bunting and decorating their new apron's.

Day Two!

Sunday 26th Feb.
Today was the day the coffee machine was finally taken out of the garage and cleaned up and started up.
Lee and Felix spent a good hour discussing how it should work and getting the cups and saucers out and generally looking at it with excitement in their eyes.

 Lee very excited!
 Felix grinding some beans.

 wow real coffee!
 The finished product.

Me. creative director of taste! Delicious!

Day one!

Saturday 25th Feb.
Lee and Felix got up very early on saturday morning well early for Lee and went to the local bakery in Andover to see Steve from Burbidges http://www.burbidges.co.uk/ Steve talked them through the making of bread and what flour he uses.
They both got very excited and rushed home with a bag of bread to start testing the toastie machine.

Lee and Felix grated some cheese and Lee chopped some Red onion, garlic, parsley, tomato, and salt and pepper to put in the middle.

The outcome was perfect and we all enjoyed tasting the first toasties!

The start.........

Hello,
I have started this blog to keep everyone updated on how the cheese toastie market stall started and keep friends and family in the loop with what the boys are up to!

Lee and Felix have had the great idea that they would start a market stall selling simple but delicious cheese toasties and coffee.
Its been all talk for a very long time but suddenly a coffee machine and large toastie maker arrived. Hooray!

Lee and Felix.
